Meet my husband's new best friend... the Creme de Menthe cupcake! It has creme de menthe chips in the Devil's food cupcake, and then I made a cream cheese frosting with mint extract, and on top I broke Andes Creme de Menthe candies. In the center I inserted a Creme de Menthe cookie. YUM!!!
