Valentines' Day Cupcakes

Here are the latest and greatest... mini cupcakes for Valentines' Day! I made little red fondant hearts for them, and topped others with pink dragees.

Creme de Menthe Cupcake

Meet my husband's new best friend... the Creme de Menthe cupcake! It has creme de menthe chips in the Devil's food cupcake, and then I made a cream cheese frosting with mint extract, and on top I broke Andes Creme de Menthe candies. In the center I inserted a Creme de Menthe cookie. YUM!!!

My Little Pony Cake

Yes, I know I'm all about cupcakes, but a cake or two always tend to slip in... here's a My Little Pony cake I made tonight. The cake is dark chocolate, and the frosting is all homemade cream cheese!

Turkey Cupcakes!

I am making these FABULOUS turkey cupcakes for a billion people this week! They are highly specialized, expensive to make, and take TONS of time, but they are worth it! $5.00 each. They will be sitting atop French vanilla cupcakes. YUMMY and CUTE!!!

Oreo Cupcakes!

Here's my latest order.. Oreo Cupcakes! I tried it with a homemade cream cheese frosting, and it BEDAZZLED my clients! I now how several more orders for the same thing!

Dallas Cowboys Cupcakes Final...

Here are the Cowboys cupcakes I made... it was for a church group, and they wanted crosses incorporated with stars. What you cannot see from the pic is that I dressed the white chocolate candy molds I made with edible glitter, which I am now IN LOVE with!
